J-PSAMIST (OKPEKE JUDE)
J-PSALMIST a.k.a Coperate Homota, Bayelsa finest might be new school but he has been around for a while. The man behind the single “Ten over Ten” featuring Jaytunez is not a newbie. The undergraduate of Federal polytechnic Ede has mounted stage with acts such as Terry G, Tustep, Baseone, Joe el of kennis music, Yahoo papi, Kezzy, and Ruggedman. His resume isn’t restricted to some of rap’s most revered names.
Thanks to his multi-dimensional approach to making music (J-PSAMIST Bayelsa finest is a singer, rapper and dancer) he has had songs with Jaytunez,Noxus ”Edo finest”Solio, XDan and others. He moved to Lagos a couple of years ago and dropped a slew of singles. “Modupe” was the one that caught the ear and now in Osun doing it fine and Large.
He continued his hustle and released “skelewu remix” and “Ten over ten” in 2013. The latter single caught the attention of music listeners and left a good impression.
J-PSAMIST Bayelsa finest is highly melodious rap influenced style of singing is beginning to help him secure a lane for himself in the crowded music streets. “Ten over Ten” seems to be his strongest single till date. The question of his debut album seems to come up more and more these days but he is not in a rush to deliver his the LP… after all – he has gotten TEN OVER TEN.
